St-Elmo.org is the website of the St. Elmo neighborhood of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Founded in 1999, our goal has always been to serve the community by facilitating communication within the neighborhood and providing information that is useful to residents and visitors alike.

This project was founded and is still managed by Jeffrey Cross. Over the years, design, programming, content management and hosting have been provided by Cross Computer Consulting, Coptix Inc. and MEDIUM. The latest site revamp has been possible with the support of the Community Association of Historic Chattanooga and the City of Chattanooga via a Neighborhood Services Grant.
