ABOUT CAHSE

The Community Association of Historic St. Elmo (CAHSE) is the sole neighborhood association of the St. Elmo community.  Established in the late 1960's as the St. Elmo Improvement League, it exists to "facilitate the preservation and development of St. Elmo through the promotion and encouragement of civic and social activity by individuals in the community."  In order to best serve the community, CAHSE members are made up of the residents, property owners, and business owners of the St. Elmo community and all are encouraged to participate in bettering our neighborhood.
